About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive in Jaipur to help us build TravelTalk24's local presence.

You will work directly with hotels, hostels, homestays, tour operators, travel agencies, cafés, activity providers and other businesses serving tourists in Jaipur.

This is a field-oriented role. You will meet business owners/managers, demonstrate TravelTalk24, explain how the platform can help them reach travelers, build partnerships and drive local adoption.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit hotels, hostels, homestays, travel agencies and tourism businesses across Jaipur.
• Identify potential business partners and generate new leads.
• Meet owners/managers and present TravelTalk24's value proposition.
• Onboard hotels and tourism businesses onto the platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with local partners.
• Explain how businesses can use TravelTalk24 to reach travelers and promote their services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and follow up with prospective partners.
• Develop local marketing partnerships and promotional campaigns.
• Collect feedback from hotels, tourists and local businesses to help improve the product.
• Maintain a database of leads, meetings, partnerships and conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal team on partner onboarding and campaigns.
• Help build TravelTalk24's presence across Jaipur's major tourist areas.
• Who We're Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior managers.
• Confident, energetic and comfortable with field work.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing or business development.
• Interest in travel, tourism, technology or startups is a plus.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
