Job Description

WE’RE HIRING | SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE – THE PALMNEST 🌴

We’re looking for a confident, convincing, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive bookings and marketing for The Palmnest, a luxury villa near Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Instagram DMs, WhatsApp enquiries, and phone calls.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed villa bookings and follow up with potential guests.
  • Drive sales and achieve monthly booking targets.
  • Plan promotional activities, collaborations, and marketing campaigns to increase bookings.
  • Explore new ideas to promote the property and improve occupancy.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the hotel, hospitality, or luxury villa industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert leads into bookings.
  • Jaipur-based candidates only.

Compensation: Fixed salary + attractive incentives on every successful booking.
