Business Development Manager (BDM) – Club Memberships
All Starr Club, Jagatpura, Jaipur | Full-time | On-site
About us
All Starr Club is relaunching as Jagatpura's social wellness club: an all-weather covered pool, badminton, squash, table tennis, billiards and a full Antimatter Fitness gym. A café, member lounge, recovery zone and co-work space are coming soon. We're building one club where Jaipur's families and professionals come to move, recover, work and belong.
The role
You will own membership sales for the whole club. You'll lead our Founding Member launch, help existing members move to our new membership tiers, and build and coach a team of 3–4 Membership Advisors. We sell like a premium club, not a gym: through tours, relationships and follow-up, never pressure.
What you'll do
• Own monthly targets for new memberships, upgrades and renewals
• Lead the Founding Member drive and relaunch events
• Build lead channels: walk-ins, digital, referrals, residential societies, schools and local businesses
• Hire, train and coach Membership Advisors; run daily huddles and weekly funnel reviews
• Set a high standard for club tours, CRM discipline and follow-ups
• Run renewal campaigns and work with coaches to retain members
• Report on revenue, conversion and lead sources to the Club General Manager
What we're looking for
• 6–8 years in sales, including 2+ years leading a team
• Background in premium clubs, hotels, resorts, real estate, luxury retail or premium fitness
• A record of closing high-ticket sales (₹50,000+) with families and HNI customers
• Confident spoken English and Hindi; well groomed
• Comfortable with CRM, dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets
• Graduate; MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus
• Bonus: experience launching a club, project or membership programme; a strong Jaipur network
