Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Credit Card Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in credit card sales, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring compliance with banking guidelines.


  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience working with multiple banks such as HDFC Bank, SBI Card, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank, AU Bank, RBL Bank, or IDFC FIRST Bank.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
  • Strong coaching and team development skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
