Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Credit Card Sales Team Leader to manage a team of telecallers and sales executives, drive credit card sales, achieve monthly targets, and ensure quality business generation through various banking partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of credit card sales telecallers and executives.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per company requirements.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, lead conversion, login, approval, and activation ratios.
• Ensure quality customer leads and maximum conversion into approved credit card applications.
• Coordinate with bank representatives and internal teams to resolve application, login, rejection, and payout-related issues.
• Conduct daily team briefings, sales training, and performance reviews.
• Monitor attendance, calling productivity, follow-ups, and daily MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, documentation requirements, and sales guidelines.
• Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve team productivity and revenue.
• Maintain discipline, accountability, and a target-oriented work environment.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in credit card sales or banking sales.
• Prior experience managing a sales or telecalling team is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of credit card products, eligibility, application processes, and banking procedures.
• Target-driven approach with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and sales MIS reporting.
