Security Guard

Job Summary:

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The role includes monitoring entry/exit, maintaining discipline, and responding promptly to any security concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
• Maintain visitor records and ensure proper ID verification.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises including floors, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Ensure safety of company property and prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Check and monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
• Manage parking discipline and vehicle movement.
• Handle emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or security threats.
• Coordinate with facility team for any safety or security-related issues.
• Ensure proper closing and opening of premises as per schedule.
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
• Enforce company rules and maintain discipline within the premises.

Requirements:

• Minimum [1–3] years of experience in security services (office/commercial setup preferred).
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
• Physically fit and alert.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)..
