Senior Accountant

Position:- Senior Accountant Industry

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage company accounts, taxation,

export documentation, ecommerce reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle complete accounting operations of the company
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Maintain purchase, sales, expenses, and bank records
• Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliances
• Handle export accounting and documentation
• Reconcile ecommerce marketplace payments (Etsy, Amazon, PayPal, etc.)
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements
• Manage inventory accounting and stock records
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, and banking partners
• Maintain payroll and employee expense records
• Track international payments and currency transactions
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with accounting standards
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Experience in export company accounting preferred
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
• Familiarity with ecommerce accounting and payment reconciliation
• Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Experience:-

• Knowledge of international shipping and export documentation
• Experience handling Etsy, Amazon, PayPal, Payoneer, or marketplace settlements
