Senior Accountant

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions at the solar plant site.
• Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory compliance records.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, expense statements, cash/bank reconciliation and financial reports.
• Manage site expenses, petty cash, vendor bills and payment documentation.
• Verify invoices, purchase bills, work orders and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, head office and statutory authorities.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and maintain proper records.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and project-wise expense tracking.
• Prepare salary, labour payment and contractor payment statements.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF and ESI.
• Experience in solar/renewable energy or project-site accounting preferred.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage site accounting operations.
• Willingness to work at a solar plant/project location.
