Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Service Engineer to join the service

team of a growing medical device organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the preventive maintenance,

troubleshooting, repair, and technical support of radiology equipment, primarily X-Ray and

C-Arm systems, at hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare facilities.

The role is suitable for professionals who have hands-on experience in servicing radiology

equipment and are comfortable working at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of medical devices at customer sites.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues both onsite and remotely.

• Provide timely technical support and resolution to customers.

• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with R&D, technical support, and internal teams for issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company service standards and customer requirements.

• Support customers across assigned territories and other regions as required.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide technical guidance on equipment

usage.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing X-Ray& C Arm equipment.

• Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively and provide support during critical situations, including

emergency service requirements.

• Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage.
