गार्ड सह साइट सुपरवाइज़र की आवश्यकता

मानसरोवर, मांग्यावास एक्सटेंशन (जयपुर) स्थित कंस्ट्रक्शन साइट के लिए एक जिम्मेदार और मेहनती गार्ड सह साइट सुपरवाइज़र की तुरंत आवश्यकता है।

* ड्यूटी का समय: सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 6:00 बजे तक

* वेतन: ₹17,000 प्रति माह

* रहना और खाना: रात को गेट बंद करके साइट पर ही सोना होगा (रहना मुफ्त)। खाने-पीने का इंतज़ाम खुद करना होगा।

* जॉइनिंग: तुरंत (इमीडिएट)

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां और कार्य:

* सामान की सुरक्षा और निगरानी: साइट पर आने वाले सामान की पूरी सुरक्षा करना। स्टोर रूम में सामान संभालकर रखना, रजिस्टर में एंट्री करना और दिन-रात पूरी निगरानी रखना ताकि कोई भी सामान चोरी न हो या गायब न हो। रात को ठीक से गेट लगाकर सोना और सुरक्षा का पूरा ध्यान रखना।

* तराई (क्योरिंग) कार्य: बिल्डिंग में सीमेंट से संबंधित सभी कार्यों (जैसे प्लास्टर, चिनाई आदि) की सुबह और शाम नियमित रूप से पानी की तराई (क्योरिंग) करवाना और उसका ध्यान रखना।

* ठेकेदारों से तालमेल और काम: सुबह आने वाले सभी ठेकेदारों (जैसे इलेक्ट्रिशियन, प्लंबर, कारपेंटर, पेंटर आदि) से तालमेल बैठाकर और सुबह 9 से शाम 6 बजे तक सही तरीके से काम करवाना।

* साफ-सफाई: फ्लैटों और पूरी साइट पर नियमित रूप से साफ-सफाई और झाड़ू-पोछा मेंटेन रखना।

* रिपोर्टिंग: सुबह आने वाले लोगों की जानकारी रखना और शाम को ठेकेदारों के काम की पूरी रिपोर्ट WhatsApp ग्रुप पर भेजना।
