• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, audio, and competitor activities.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and leads.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and coordinate with the performance marketing team.
• Track social media analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, and communication across platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Good communication and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of Canva and basic photo/video editing tools.
• Understanding of hashtags, SEO, reels, and social media analytics.
• Creativity, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads is an added advantage.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Consistent content publishing as per the monthly calendar.
