Solar Technician – RPD Solar Pvt. Ltd.
About Us:
RPD Solar Pvt. Ltd. is a Solar EPC company that designs and installs rooftop and ground-mounted solar power plants for factories and commercial buildings. We are growing and looking for skilled Solar Technicians to join our site team.
Job Locations: Jaipur | Kishangarh | Kotputli | Sikar | Neemkathana (Rajasthan)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Install solar module mounting structures (MMS) on tin-shed and RCC roofs as per drawings.
• Mount and fix solar panels safely and correctly.
• Lay DC and AC cables, do cable termination, MC4 connector crimping and cable tray work.
• Install and connect inverters, ACDB, DCDB and earthing / lightning arrester systems.
• Support testing and commissioning of the solar plant.
• Carry out O&M work – panel cleaning checks, fault finding and basic repairs.
• Follow site safety rules and use safety equipment (harness, helmet, gloves) at all times.
• Keep tools and material in order and report daily work progress to the site engineer.
Requirements:
• ITI (Electrician / Wireman) or Diploma in Electrical preferred.
• Freshers with ITI may apply; candidates with rooftop solar installation experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools and safety.
• Comfortable working at height on rooftops.
• Willing to travel to project sites as required.
• Local candidates and immediate joiners preferred.
