About SolaronnSolaronn is a Jaipur-based rooftop solar company providing end-to-end solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Panel Technician to join our installation and technical team.

• Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, assemble, and commission rooftop solar PV systems as per project requirements.
• Install solar panels, mounting structures, DC/AC cabling, inverters, earthing, and other system components.
• Perform DC and AC electrical connections safely and correctly.
• Assist with inverter installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
• Conduct site surveys and assess rooftop conditions when required.
• Ensure proper alignment, mounting, wiring, and installation of solar panels.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of solar systems.
• Identify and resolve installation-related electrical and technical issues.
• Follow proper electrical and rooftop safety procedures at all project sites.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and the project team for smooth execution.
• Maintain proper tools, equipment, and installation materials.
• Complete projects within the assigned timeline and company quality standards.
• Provide basic technical support to customers after installation when required.
• Required Skills & QualificationsITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in rooftop solar installation preferred.
• Good knowledge of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, DC/AC wiring, and earthing.
• Ability to understand basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to project sites in Jaipur and nearby areas.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good discipline, punctuality, and safety awareness.

Salary & Benefits₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience, technical skills, and performance.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with practical experience in rooftop solar installation, inverter installation, electrical wiring, mounting structure installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting will be preferred.
