Job Description

Job Title: Solar Technician

Company: Maxroi Energy Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
  • Mount solar panels, inverters, and electrical equipment.
  • Perform DC and AC wiring as per safety standards.
  • Test, commission, and troubleshoot solar systems.
  • Carry out maintenance and repair of solar installations.
  • Ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
  • Coordinate with the project supervisor and maintain installation records.

Requirements:

  • ITI Electrician/Wireman or Diploma in Electrical (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in solar installation (freshers with electrical knowledge may also apply).
  • Knowledge of electrical wiring and solar PV systems.
  • Ability to use electrical tools and testing equipment.
  • Willingness to travel for installation projects.
  • Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + Overtime + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives.
