Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the company's inventory, stock records, material receiving, issuing and storage activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check and properly store incoming materials.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Issue materials to employees/sites as per approved requirements.
• Maintain records of material received, issued and returned.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.
• Maintain proper storage and labeling of all materials.
• Prepare GRN, Issue Slip, Stock Register and other store documents.
• Coordinate with purchase and operations departments for material requirements.
• Maintain records of damaged, unused and returned materials.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
• Prevent unnecessary wastage, loss or misuse of company materials.
• Maintain proper documentation for all store transactions.
• Perform other store-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management.
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records.
• Responsible, disciplined and organized approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day store activities.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Diploma or certification in Store Management / Inventory Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in security services, manpower services, facility management, housekeeping or similar industries will be preferred.
