Store Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee store sales, including achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the right products/services
• Follow up with online leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
• Assist in store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in Furniture & Home Decor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and store operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
