Job Description


1.vehicle & route aligment & plan supply movement.

2.. daily speaking with clients & take orders.

3.. finalize diesel pumps on route to avoid working capital blockage(ensure credit)

4..ensure timely loading of vehicles & unloading on time.

5.. at least 2-3 crushers must be finalized for loading vehicles.

6.. daily reporting of timely movement/loading-unloading.

7..field visits with vehicles on daily basis & ensure documents collection daily.

8.. any new work, if found on route, share info with marketing team

9..stock photos to collect daily & share on group.

10.. share documents with accounts team for billing.

11.. ensure every single paper to collect from vehicles/customers necessary for billing.

(includes anant challan/royalty/weighment slip-customer/crusher)

12.. ensure short TP Collection immediately after billing in co-ordination with accounts person.
