Bagwara Poly Films Private Limited is looking for an experienced Tally Accountant to manage accounting operations for its e-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, handling GST/TDS filings, and ensuring accurate accounting entries using Tally. Candidates with strong accounting knowledge and at least 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records in Tally.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable and track outstanding payments.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense records.
• Handle GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Manage TDS calculations, records, and filing requirements.
• Assist with income tax return (ITR) e-filing and related documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and ledger accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records for e-commerce business transactions.
• Ensure timely completion of accounting tasks and statutory compliance.
• Prepare accounting reports and provide financial information to management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with at least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and accounting procedures.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and ITR e-filing.
• Good understanding of accounts receivable and payable.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month
• Annual Increment: Available
• Salary depends on skills and experience.
