Job Description


  • Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the vehicle loan sales team.
  • Achieve monthly team and individual disbursement targets.
  • Develop and maintain dealer, broker, and DSA relationships.
  • Generate business for commercial and used vehicle loans.
  • Monitor leads, login, approval, and disbursement.
  • Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and PDD teams.
  • Track team performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Requirements 2–5 years of experience in vehicle finance, NBFC, banking, or DSA.
  • Prior experience in team handling and team management is preferred.
  • Team handling and sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and willing to travel for business development.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 + Incentives, based on experience and performance.
