Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage, guide, and support a team in achieving business targets and maintaining high performance standards. The Team Leader will be responsible for team productivity, performance monitoring, employee development, and day-to-day operations.

• Maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain team discipline, attendance, and work schedules.

• Experience in sales, operations, customer service, or a related field will be an advantage.
