Technical Support & AV Engineer

*About the Role*

EKIN is looking for a hands-on technical professional to assist with computer hardware, networking, and audio-video systems. The role involves equipment setup, troubleshooting, product testing, and technical support for office and customer-site requirements.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, Windows operating systems, drivers, and peripherals.

- Set up and troubleshoot LAN connections, IP addresses, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.

- Assist with the installation and testing of displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, and video conferencing systems.

- Connect and troubleshoot HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, LAN, and basic audio connections.

- Support product demonstrations, equipment testing, and customer-site installations.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.

- Maintain basic records of installations, configurations, and service activities.

*Required Skills*

- Practical knowledge of computer hardware and Windows troubleshooting.

- Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and Wi-Fi.

- Basic understanding of audio-video equipment and signal connections.

- Ability to identify faults and resolve common hardware, connectivity, and configuration issues.

- Clear communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Willingness to learn new products and travel to customer sites when required.

*Qualification & Experience*

- Diploma, ITI, or degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, Networking, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in hardware support, networking, IT field support, or AV installation.

- Candidates with strong practical skills and relevant experience will also be considered.

*Preferred Skills*

- Experience with video conferencing systems, PTZ cameras, interactive displays, kiosks, or digital signage.

- Familiarity with cable termination, equipment mounting, and installation tools.
