Job SummaryWe are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to clients, troubleshoot platform-related issues, resolve delivery and integration problems, and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth service operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to clients over phone, email, WhatsApp, and support tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice, IVR, and other communication platforms.
• Assist clients with API integration, API testing, authentication, HTTP status codes, and basic JSON troubleshooting.
• Investigate message delivery failures, DLR reports, error codes, and other service-related issues.
• Support clients with account configuration, sender IDs, DLT-related queries, templates, and platform settings.
• Coordinate with developers, operations teams, and service providers to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor reported issues, maintain ticket records, and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
• Guide customers on using dashboards, APIs, reports, and communication tools.
• Prepare technical reports and document recurring issues and their solutions.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the relevant team and follow up until closure.
• Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate in Computer Science, IT, BCA, MCA, or a related field; candidates with relevant practical experience may also apply.
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, JSON, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, Nodejs, SQL, or JavaScript will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SMS gateways, WhatsApp Business API, cloud platforms, and web applications is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries and work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and communication platforms.
• ExperienceFreshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, software support, telecom, SaaS, or API support will be preferred.

• Work Location: Jaipur Office
• Working Arrangement: Full-time, Work from Office
• Working Days: 6 days
• Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience
• Time 10 am to 6:30 pm
