TELECALLER – FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT

# Job Responsibilities

- Potential clients ko **cold calling** karna aur franchise opportunity ke baare mein information dena.

- Clients se franchise investment, business model aur requirements ko lekar discussion karna.

- Franchise ke liye suitable **property/location** ke regarding clients se baat karna.

- Property owners/clients ke saath **property negotiation** mein coordination karna.

- Clients ko company ke franchise model, benefits aur business opportunity ko clearly explain karna.

- Interested clients ki requirements samajhna aur unko suitable franchise options ke baare mein guide karna.

- Interested clients ke saath **meetings schedule/fix** karna.

- Franchise-related leads ka regular follow-up karna aur lead status maintain karna.

- Client aur management ke beech proper communication aur coordination maintain karna.

- Daily calling, follow-up aur meeting reports maintain karna.

- Franchise lead ko initial discussion se lekar meeting stage tak effectively handle karna.

# Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Hindi communication required; basic English communication preferred.

- Cold calling / telesales / franchise calling experience will be an advantage.

- Negotiation aur client handling ki basic understanding.

- Target-oriented aur confident personality.

- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
