Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar panels, rooftop solar systems, and solar power plant solutions.
• Explain the benefits, features, and cost-saving advantages of solar energy.
• Generate qualified leads through telecalling, follow-up calls, and customer inquiries.
• Identify potential residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and lead status reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to address customer queries.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Provide information about available solar schemes and subsidies, wherever applicable.
• Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Knowledge of solar energy or solar products will be an advantage.
• Hindi communication skills are essential; basic English is preferred.
