Telecaller

mPower Green Energy is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller & Back Office Executive to generate and manage sales leads for our solar energy solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers such as Hotels, Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Commercial Establishments, Industries and other businesses, explaining our solar solutions, sharing company information and proposals, following up with prospects and supporting the sales team in converting leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential commercial and institutional customers.
• Generate new leads for rooftop and commercial solar projects.
• Contact Hotels, Hospitals, Schools, Colleges, Industries and other commercial establishments.
• Introduce mPower Green Energy and explain our solar solutions.
• Understand the customer’s electricity consumption, sanctioned load and solar requirements.
• Collect important customer information and maintain accurate lead records.
• Share company profile, brochures, presentations, quotations and solar proposals through WhatsApp and Email.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/technical team.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for preparation of proposals.
• Maintain a daily Lead & Follow-up Report.
• Update the CRM/Excel database regularly.
• Track each lead from Enquiry → Follow-up → Site Visit → Proposal → Negotiation → Order.
• Follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted or officially closed.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, proposals, customer communications and follow-ups.
