Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller (Inbound Process)
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from clients and prospects.
Provide information regarding legal services and solutions.
Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly.
Maintain call records and customer details in the system.
Follow up with interested clients when required.
Coordinate with the legal team for client queries and appointments.
Ensure a professional and courteous customer experience.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
