Job Description

  • 1. Telecalling & Customer Follow-upsMake outbound calls to customers for regular follow-ups.
  • Communicate with customers regarding pending requirements, appointments, services, and other operational matters.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, and follow-up status.
  • Follow up with customers as per the assigned calling schedule.
  • 2. Payment Follow-upsRegularly follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
  • Share payment reminders through calls and appropriate communication channels.
  • Maintain an updated tracker of outstanding payments and follow-up status.
  • Coordinate with the accounts/finance team regarding payment confirmations and discrepancies.
  • Escalate long-pending or difficult payment cases to the concerned manager.
  • 3. Field Team Management & CoordinationCoordinate daily activities and schedules of the field team.
  • Assign and communicate customer visits/tasks to field staff.
  • Track field team attendance, visits, task completion, and daily productivity.
  • Follow up with field executives to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
  • Coordinate between customers, field staff, and the office team to avoid delays or communication gaps.
  • Monitor pending field activities and ensure timely closure.
  • Collect daily updates/reports from the field team and maintain records.
  • 4. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily calling, payment follow-up, and field activity reports.
  • Update CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or other company systems regularly.
  • Prepare daily/weekly status reports for management.
  • Track pending customer cases, payments, and field assignments.
  • Ensure all information is accurate and updated.
  • Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable and confident making a high volume of follow-up calls.
  • Good negotiation and follow-up skills, especially for payment collection.
  • Strong coordination and team-management abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Professional and polite approach while dealing with customers and field staff.
  • Hindi communication is essential; basic English communication preferred.
