Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Patient Coordinator for a health clinic.

The candidate should have previous experience working in a clinic, hospital, healthcare centre, or similar healthcare setup and should be comfortable communicating with patients over phone and WhatsApp.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls from patients and enquiries
• Respond to WhatsApp enquiries and communicate with patients
• Call patients who enquire through WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
• Understand the patient's basic requirement and provide clinic/consultation information
• Follow up with interested patients and convert enquiries into clinic appointments
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, calls and appointments
• Communicate with patients politely and professionally
• Handle patient queries confidently and patiently
• Requirements:Previous experience in a health clinic / hospital / healthcare centre is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or patient handling experience
• Good Hindi communication skills
• Basic English communication
• Good WhatsApp and computer knowledge
• Confident and professional communication
• Ability to handle patient enquiries and follow-ups
• Experience in healthcare lead calling / appointment booking will be an advantage

Salary:₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Experienced candidates from the healthcare/clinic industry will be given preference.
