Job Description

Lead Generation & Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective car loan customers (new or used car loans, balance transfers, and refinance options) from provided data or self-generated leads.

Product Pitching: Explain car loan schemes, interest rates, eligibility criteria, tenure options, and down payment structures to callers clearly.

Lead Qualification: Assess the customer's financial profile (salary, ITR, CIBIL score, and loan requirement) to filter genuine buyers.

Documentation Support: Collect basic digital documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, salary slips) from clients via WhatsApp or email.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with pipeline clients and update call logs, 

Target Achievement: Meet daily calling quotas, lead-generation numbers, and monthly loan disbursement targets


Calling to be done for used car loans and follow up to be done for completion of loan files
