Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
- Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and offers
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain call records and customer data
- Provide excellent customer support and build relationships
- Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred)
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
