Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesCall existing customers regarding running loan files for follow-ups, documentation, EMI support, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on new loan enquiries (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, Mortgage Loan, etc.).
- Promote and sell loan products to prospective customers.
- Generate leads for property buying and selling services.
- Promote and assist customers with Demat Account opening and investment-related services.
- Contact Income Tax clients for ITR filing, tax planning, document collection, and renewals.
- Contact GST clients for GST registration, return filing, compliance, and related services.
- Collect referrals from satisfied existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional service requirements.
- Update customer information and call status in CRM or Excel on a daily basis.
- Schedule appointments for relationship managers or field executives when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
