Job Description

Job Description:We are looking for a Telesales Executive to manage and grow relationships with existing and new clients. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, taking orders, following up with customers, collecting feedback, and confirming product-related orders.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make calls to existing and new clients to generate and confirm orders.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, feedback, and repeat business.
  • Provide product information and resolve customer queries.
  • Ensure timely order confirmation and coordinate with customers for smooth processing.
  • Maintain customer records and update follow-up details.
  • Build strong customer relationships to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
