Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing education sales team. The candidate will be responsible for selling competitive exam notes and online/offline courses to students through outbound and inbound calls.

The products are designed for major government and competitive examinations such as SSC, Banking, Railway, State PCS, UPSC (IAS), Police Constable, Sub-Inspector, and other similar exams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact students via phone calls to explain and sell educational notes and courses
• Understand students’ exam goals and recommend suitable study material
• Handle inbound leads and make outbound sales calls
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer support
• Follow company sales scripts and compliance guidelines
• Coordinate with team leaders and support teams for smooth sales operations
