Job Description
Rajasthan Machinery is looking for a confident, energetic, and motivated Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, generating sales leads, and converting enquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle leads and enquiries received through IndiaMART and other platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable machinery.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and orders.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
