Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Company: Jethani and Associates

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office)

Job Description: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team at ApkiReturn. You will be responsible for calling potential clients to explain our financial, tax, and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to business and individual leads.
  • Clearly explain our services (GST filing, Income Tax Returns, business registrations, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and pitch the right solutions.
  • Regularly follow up with interested prospects to close leads.
  • Maintain basic daily call records.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or sales experience (Smart freshers can apply).
  • Basic computer and data entry knowledge.
  • Professional and polite phone etiquette.
