Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales orders.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and address their basic queries.
- Maintain records of calls, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales in the prescribed system.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order processing and customer support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share relevant market information with the reporting manager.
- Required Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections professionally.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM software.
- Target-oriented approach with good listening and interpersonal skills.
