Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel growth by identifying and qualifying leads for our commercial and consumer loan products. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a knack for sales, capable of building instant rapport over the phone, and driven to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to introduce our loan products and financial services.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify the customer's financial needs, assess basic eligibility, and generate high-quality, pre-qualified leads for the primary sales team.
• Product Explanation: Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and application processes of various loan products (including business loans, used car loans, etc.) to prospects.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume targets and weekly/monthly lead generation quotas.
• Objection Handling: Navigate customer queries and objections smoothly to build trust and keep the prospect engaged.
• Compliance: Ensure all communications adhere to regulatory standards and internal company guidelines (including Do Not Call registries).
