Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Mansarovar Extension, Jaipur
Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office
Urban Nest Realty Group को ऐसे Telesales Executives की आवश्यकता है जो ग्राहकों से अच्छे से बातचीत कर सकें, उनकी जरूरत समझें और उन्हें सही प्रॉपर्टी चुनने में सहायता करें।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- कंपनी से मिलने वाली leads पर कॉल करके residential plots और farmhouse projects की जानकारी देना।
- ग्राहक का बजट, पसंदीदा लोकेशन और खरीदने का उद्देश्य समझना।
- WhatsApp पर प्रोजेक्ट की जानकारी भेजना और नियमित follow-up करना।
- Interested customers की office meetings, Zoom presentations और site visits schedule करना।
- Sales team के साथ coordination करके leads को booking तक आगे बढ़ाना।
- CRM में कॉल का सही feedback, lead status और अगली follow-up date अपडेट करना।
- Daily calling, follow-up और meeting targets पर काम करना।
हमें किस तरह का उम्मीदवार चाहिए:
- हिंदी में स्पष्ट और प्रभावशाली बातचीत करने की क्षमता।
- ग्राहक की बात ध्यान से सुनने और उसके सवालों का जवाब देने का धैर्य।
- Basic computer, WhatsApp और CRM सीखने की समझ।
- Follow-up करने में नियमितता और sales में रुचि।
- Telesales, telecalling या real estate sales का अनुभव रखने वालों को प्राथमिकता। अच्छी communication skills वाले freshers भी apply कर सकते हैं।
Salary: अनुभव और interview के आधार पर तय होगी।
