Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive who can communicate effectively with potential customers, understand their requirements, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into successful sales.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates with a proven track record in telecalling, inside sales, or lead conversion will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services effectively.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Build a strong relationship with prospects and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales and close deals.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth lead management and sales closure.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Confident and persuasive personality.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building ability.
• Strong sales closing ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage.
• EligibilityFreshers: Candidates with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales can apply.
• Experienced: Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, or lead conversion are preferred.
