Telesales Executive

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products, following up with leads and converting genuine enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Contact leads received through Meta Ads, Website and other marketing channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Explain product usage, pricing, offers and delivery details clearly.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
• Update customer details, call remarks and order status in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the verification and logistics teams for confirmed orders.
• Maintain daily calling and sales targets.
• Follow company-approved communication and sales processes.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.

Hindi communication is required.

Knowledge of regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Assamese or English will be an advantage.

Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable using CRM/software and Excel.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Good listening and customer-handling skills.
