Telesales Executive

ScaleCart is a seller account management company that helps e-commerce sellers manage and grow their online business across different marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Potential sellers/customers ko phone calls par contact karna.
• ScaleCart ki services aur solutions ke baare mein customers ko explain karna.
• Customer ki requirements samajhna aur suitable services suggest karna.
• Interested leads ko follow-up calls/messages ke through convert karna.
• Daily calling aur follow-up targets achieve karna.
• Customer queries ko professionally handle karna.
• Leads aur call details ko CRM/records mein properly update karna.
• Sales team ke saath coordinate karke qualified leads generate karna.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
• Telecalling, telesales ya sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident, polite and customer-friendly approach.
• Sales targets achieve karne ki willingness.
