Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

• The BDE will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to sell services, handle customer inquiries, and build customer relationships.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.
• As BDE, you have to convince sellers to on board their account on ecommerce portal and convince them to take management services from the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company’s ecommerce services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
• Answer customer questions, handle objections, and resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process.
•  Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure a successful sales process.
• Provide accurate information about our e-commerce services, pricing, and promotions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
• Stay informed about service updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;a bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
