Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Perform cold calling and outbound outreach call to automobile dealers, used car showroom owners, and channel partners using internal CRM database and market leads.
  • Pitching & Product Demonstration: Pitch B2B suit of products—including dealer subscription packages, lead-generation tools, valuation platforms, and digital inventory management solutions.
  • Relationship & Account Management: Engage key decision-makers (dealer principals, sales managers, showroom owners) over phone/video calls to identify business needs and align our offerings.
  • Pipeline & Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle over the phone—from initial connect, objection handling, commercial negotiation, to closing sales and onboarding.
  • Targets & Metrics: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, call volume KPIs, talk-time metrics, and conversion ratios.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain clean and updated record of customer interactions, pipeline status, and daily sales activities in Salesforce/CRM.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from dealers regarding market trends, competitor offerings, and product improvements to share with internal product and strategy teams.
