Job Description

Patient Inquiry Handling: Respond to incoming calls regarding skin treatments, hair transplants, and aesthetic procedures.

Lead Conversion: Call active and potential patients to encourage clinic visits and explain current service offers.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage the clinic's calendar by booking consultations and sending timely reminders.

Conflict Resolution: Address patient uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions professionally and promptly.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all conversations and update patient contact lists.

Internal Coordination: Communicate patient needs to the medical and sales teams for smooth treatment closing. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
