Warehouse Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the end-to-end B2B operations at DVK Handicraft. You will be responsible for maintaining 100% inventory accuracy of our hand-block printed home goods and ensuring that bulk orders for our global and domestic partners are packed, labeled, and dispatched with precision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stock & Inventory Management

Inventory Tracking: Maintain a real-time digital record of all stock (Tablecloths, Throws, Cushion Covers, etc.) using our management system.

Audit & Counts: Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock verification (Cycle Counting) to ensure zero mismatch between physical stock and system data.

Inward Quality Check: Supervise the receipt of new production batches from artisans, ensuring they meet DVK Handicraft quality standards before being added to "Ready Stock."

Reorder Alerts: Monitor stock levels and alert the production team when B2B "Best Sellers" are running low.

2. B2B Order Fulfillment

Picking & Sorting: Efficiently pick items for large B2B orders based on specific SKU codes and color shades (Pantone TPG).

Packing Standards: Oversee secure, export-quality packing to prevent damage during international or long-distance transit.

Professional Labeling: Ensure every B2B carton is accurately labeled with barcodes, SKU details, quantities, and destination marks as per buyer requirements.

Documentation: Prepare necessary dispatch documents including packing lists and delivery challans.

3. Warehouse Operations

Space Optimization: Organize the warehouse layout to ensure fast-moving items are easily accessible.

Team Supervision: Lead and train a small team of packers and loaders to maintain high productivity and safety.

Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, moisture-free (crucial for textiles), and organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 3–5 years in warehouse management, preferably in the Textile or Home Decor industry.

B2B Expertise: Proven experience in handling bulk orders and "Seller-Fulfilled" models (like Myntra or international B2B).

Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Familiarity with barcode scanners is a plus.

Attention to Detail: Ability to distinguish between subtle color variations and hand-block patterns.

Leadership: Strong communication skills to manage both the ground staff and the management team.
