Warehouse Manager

Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Oil & Lubricants Distribution

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our official C&F / distribution godown handling IOCL, Tata and Motul lubricants. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, dispatch logistics, team supervision, and safety compliance in line with petroleum and industrial oil standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inward and outward stock movements of oil drums, barrels, and lubricant containers. Maintain accurate physical stock verification against ERP/WMS/Notebook records.
• Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Oversee daily dispatches, manage loading/unloading teams, Delivery BILLs/Challans, and tax invoices. Ensure timely deliveries to dealers, institutions, and industrial clients.
• Godown & Safety Operations: Enforce strict hazardous material (HazMat) safety standards, fire safety protocols, and petroleum godown compliance rules (no-smoking zone, spill control, proper ventilation).
• Team Supervision: Direct and supervise warehouse labor, helper staff, and forklift/loader operators for optimal productivity.
• Documentation & Audit Compliance: Maintain daily dispatch logs, return stock records, damage reports, and ensure godown audit readiness for IOCL/Tata/Motul company inspections.
• Vendor & Driver Handling: Coordinate with transport vendors, fleet drivers, and local logistics partners.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1–5 years in warehouse operations, godown management, or logistics (preference for candidate with prior exposure to oil, lubricants, FMCG, or industrial products).
• Education: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Material Management, or relevant field.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), MS Excel for inventory tracking.
