*Job Description – Zonal Sales Manager*
*Position:* Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)
*Experience Required:* Total 10+ years (including 6–7 years in Field Sales Team Leading)
*Job Location:* *Jaipur*
*Candidate Preference:* Must be from a *Metro City* (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, etc.)
*Gender:* Both but Female preferred
*Language Requirement:* *English proficiency is mandatory*
*Salary Range:** ₹6.0 – ₹9.0 LPA
*About the Role*
We are seeking an experienced and confident *Zonal Sales Manager* with strong field/inside sales leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate must come from a *metro-city background**, possess excellent communication skills (especially in English), and have a proven record of handling field/inside sales operations with Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead, mentor, and manage *Team Leaders and Field Sales Executives*.
* Drive zonal sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
* Plan, implement, and monitor strategic sales initiatives for assigned areas.
* Conduct regular team meetings, audits, training sessions, and performance reviews.
* Ensure smooth coordination between field teams and internal departments.
* Expand market presence, boost customer acquisition, and manage business growth.
* Analyze reports, prepare MIS, and take corrective actions based on performance.
* Maintain discipline, motivation, and a growth-driven culture in the team.
* Oversee marketing and promotional activities in the zone.
*Candidate Requirements*
* *Minimum 10 years of overall sales experience.*
* *6–7 years of proven experience in leading field sales teams* (Team Leaders & Executives).
* Must be from a *metro city* with exposure to structured sales environments.
* Excellent *English communication skills* (verbal & written).
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Comfortable relocating/travelling to Jaipur for work.
* Female candidates are prefered.
*Preferred Skills*
* Strong understanding of field operations and market dynamics.
* Proficiency in sales reporting, planning, and team motivation.
* Ability to coach mid-level leaders like Team Leads and improve productivity.
