Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations and sales meetings.
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers when required.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• RequirementsGraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, if required.
