Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, ledger management, billing, and financial recordkeeping.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update ledgers and financial records
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and documentation
• Perform ledger posting and ledger balancing
• Prepare and maintain account statements and income statements
• Manage expense reports and financial records
• Assist with accounts payable analysis
• Handle billing and billing software
• Maintain proper records of financial transactions
• Support taxation-related accounting work
• Ensure accounting data is accurate and up to date
• Required SkillsKnowledge of accounting software and billing software
• Basic understanding of taxation
• Ledger posting and balancing
