CCTV Monitoring Staff

We are looking for an alert, responsible and detail-oriented fresher to monitor warehouse CCTV cameras, review 

overnight recordings, maintain accurate vehicle and carton movement records, and promptly report any unusual 

activity. Training on our camera system and reporting process will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Watch live CCTV feeds of gates, loading/unloading bays, warehouse aisles and other designated areas during the 

duty shift.

• Review the previous night’s footage every morning, prioritising movement alerts, entry/exit activity and critical 

camera locations.

• Record vehicle number, driver/supplier or transporter, entry/exit time, loading/unloading start/end time and 

number of boxes in a Google Sheet.

• Compare visible carton movements with dispatch/receipt documents; flag differences for physical verification.
• Observe suspicious movement, unauthorised access, material damage, unsafe practices and loading/unloading 

SOP violations.

• Immediately escalate critical incidents to the reporting manager; preserve relevant camera number, timestamp 

and footage reference.

• Submit a concise daily report covering overnight exceptions, vehicle movements, discrepancies and pending 

actions.

• Check camera visibility/recording status and report faults, blocked views or missing footage.

Skills and qualities required

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to update Google Sheets / Excel.
• Comfortable using CCTV playback, search, pause, zoom and export functions (training provided).
• Good concentration, honesty, punctuality and strong attention to small details.
• Clear reporting and willingness to follow checklists and escalation instructions
